There is no limit on how much you record, on any plan, ever — not on entries, not on categories, not on the free plan. What a paid plan adds is the machinery that gets your Safe to the people you name, and the recovery that only exists because of them.
On the free plan, a forgotten password cannot be recovered. We cannot read your Safe or reset your password — that is the whole point of it. Recovery works by splitting a key across the trusted people you name, and naming them is part of a paid plan. We would rather you knew that before you started than after.
Most services charge you for storage. We can't — your Safe is one encrypted blob and it costs us almost nothing to hold. What costs something, and what your family will one day depend on, is everything that happens around it.
You write down everything. It is encrypted on your device, and nobody — including us — can read it. That is genuinely useful, and it stays free forever. But it is a notebook only you can open, and only while you remember the password.
You name the people. We ask each of them for consent, in their own language. Your recovery key is split across them, so no single person can open your Safe alone — but together, when it matters, they can. If you ever go quiet for as long as you've chosen, they're the ones we contact.
By hand, for the moment. You choose a plan in the app and it raises a request; we match it against the payment and confirm it, usually within a day. Nothing is charged through the app itself, and no card details are ever asked for or stored. Online payment is coming — until it does, this is deliberately a person checking, not a machine guessing.
The days you have left are added to the new term, not replaced by it. Renewing an annual plan with 40 days remaining gives you 405 days, not 365. Paying early can never cost you time you already bought.
Your Safe becomes read-only for 60 days. Everything stays exactly where it is and you can open and read all of it — you just can't add or change anything. Renewing at any point during those 60 days makes it writable again and cancels what comes next.
After 60 days, the Safe and everything in it is permanently deleted. Not recoverable, by you or by us — it was encrypted with a key derived from your password, so there was never a readable copy on our side to hold back. We write to you twice while it is read-only, and once more on the day it goes. This applies only to a paid plan that lapses; a free Safe is never on this clock.
One exception, and it matters: if you have gone quiet and we have begun alerting your trusted people, the deletion is put on hold. That is the exact situation this product exists for, and we are not going to destroy your records in the middle of it because a payment stopped.
The prices above are exclusive of GST. We're not GST-registered yet, so right now no tax is added and the price above is final. Once registration is complete, 18% will be added at a plan's payment step, and every payment from then on gets a proper numbered GST invoice.
Because we couldn't enforce one honestly. Your Safe is a single encrypted blob — we can't see how many entries are inside it, or what they are. Any limit on entries would be a limit your own browser politely agreed to, which is no limit at all. We would rather charge for something real.

Write down the one account your family would struggle with most. If it turns out to be worth handing over properly, the plans will still be here.
