We can't read your account

No key on our side — not even for a court order

Not "we promise not to" — we have no key to try. A court order, a rogue employee and a full breach of our servers all arrive at the same locked box.

Your key is split into pieces. You hand each piece to a person you trust yourself — a private message, a printed card, in person. The pieces never pass through our servers. No single piece opens anything, and no single person can either.

Every other service can, which is precisely the hole we closed. Forgetting is recovered by answers only you know, or the people you trust — never by us.

There is no limit on how much you record, on any plan, ever. What a paid plan adds is the machinery that gets your Safe to the people you name — and the recovery that comes with it.

On the free plan, a forgotten password cannot be recovered. We cannot read your Safe or reset your password — that is the whole point of it. Recovery works by splitting a key across the trusted people you name, and naming them is part of a paid plan. We would rather you knew that now than found out later.

Prices shown above are exclusive of GST. We're not GST-registered yet, so right now no tax is added and the price above is final. Once registration is complete, 18% will be added at a plan's payment step, and every payment from then on gets a numbered GST invoice.
Renew early and nothing is lost. Days still remaining are added to the new term, not replaced by it.
If a paid plan ends, the Safe goes read-only for 60 days, then it is deleted. You can still open and read everything during those 60 days, and renewing at any point cancels the deletion. After that it is permanently gone — we cannot recover it, because we were never able to read it. A free Safe is never on this clock.
